Prepshipapp — End User License Agreement

What this app is

Prepshipapp (internally also called Wareflow) is an internal warehouse management system built for our own staff. It is not sold or distributed to the public — it is used exclusively by our employees to run day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, inventory tracking, picking, shipping, and billing.

QuickBooks Online connection

Prepshipapp connects to our own company's QuickBooks Online account to display a read-only financial overview (income and expense figures) for internal use. Specifically:

• The connection only reads accounting data — it never creates, edits, or deletes anything in QuickBooks.
• No write access is requested or used in this phase of the app.
• The data read is limited to our own company's accounting figures — no customer, vendor, or third-party QuickBooks account is ever accessed.

Who can access this feature

Access to the QuickBooks financial overview is restricted to a small, explicitly named list of staff members. Simply having an administrator account in Prepshipapp does not grant access — each person must be individually added to this list by us.

Data sharing

Data read from QuickBooks is never shared with, sold to, or made accessible to any third party. It is used solely for internal reporting inside Prepshipapp.

Revoking access

The QuickBooks connection can be disconnected at any time, either from within Prepshipapp or from the "My Apps" menu in QuickBooks Online. Disconnecting immediately stops all data access — Prepshipapp retains no further ability to read QuickBooks data until the connection is re-authorized.
