Prepshipapp (internally also called Wareflow) is an internal warehouse management system used only by our own staff to run warehouse operations. This policy explains how data from our QuickBooks Online connection is handled.
Prepshipapp's QuickBooks Online connection reads our own company's accounting figures — income and expense data — for internal reporting only. This connection is read-only: it never writes, edits, or deletes any data in QuickBooks.
Only a small number of named staff members have access to the financial overview built from this data. Access is granted individually and is not automatically extended to every administrator of the system.
QuickBooks connection credentials are stored securely and are not directly accessible to app users — only the backend systems that display the financial overview can use them.
We do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose QuickBooks data to any third party. It is used exclusively within Prepshipapp for our own internal reporting.
You can disconnect the QuickBooks integration at any time — from within Prepshipapp or from the "My Apps" menu in QuickBooks Online. Once disconnected, Prepshipapp immediately loses the ability to read any further QuickBooks data until the connection is re-authorized.
